MEET CHLOE .. (Quaker Parrot) … around 2 years of age Handraised … healthy and vet checked. She is very friendly and talks, but needs someone experienced in owning birds to continue teaching her manners. Quakers as a species can be nippy (like all small parrots) so they're birds for adults rather than kids. Chloe comes with her massive cage plus a travelling cage …..
