About Lucy
Lucy our playful and affectionate Ragdoll Teenager is ready to start looking for her forever home.
Lucy's date of birth is 4/9/2019. She is a pure bred Ragdoll but we do not have any papers. Lucy is simply devine and the type of home we are looking for is:
# total indoor /contained lifestyle,
# someone prepared to brush her on a regular basis,
# someone who will shower her with love and affection. Lucy is still a kitten/teenager and is very playful.
Lucy's adoption fee is $400 and she will go to her new home vet checked. desexed, microchipped, regularly flea and worm treated (whilst in our care) and 1st vaccination (booster required at new owners costs).
If you think you have space in your heart and home for this devine girl please contact Carolyn on 0427 221 231.
Please note today's post around our procedures with the COVID-19 situation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A DOG OR CAT WE HAVE LISTED FOR ADOPTION.
We are very concerned about the health of our foster care volunteers and their families.
To protect them , we require you to read the following and answer honestly before any meet and greet can be organised
IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS
any of these symptoms, or any family member displaying, we ask you to wait before applying for the pet.
Coughing or sneezing
runny or blocked nose
shortness of breath
high temperature or fever
sore throat
aches or pains
other flu like symptoms
If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia
If you are in self isolation, please do not apply, you need to stay at home.
Thank you for valuing our carers health, knowing that a false declaration will endanger them and any future animals that we would be unable to help
We require you to acknowledge that you have read and agree with all statements before any meet and greet will proceed.
DOG meet and Greets will occur outdoors. We ask that people follow the social distancing rules (1.5 meters) and remain a safe distance. No greeting with handshakes. We also ask that you wear gloves when touching the dog and the lead to reduce the risk of transferring any potential diseases. We ask that you bring your own pen to complete the paperwork and electronic fund transfers to occur rather than cash payment.
CAT meet and greets will be a bit more of a challenge. Please be patient as we work through this process. We do have some tent set ups we will be using outdoors for meets. Unfortunately the cats and kittens will not be as relaxed as we would like. So that you get a sense of the cat /kitten we will use video chat initially.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
