About Peggy
Peggy been at the shelter since 27/02/2010
peggy is a lovely girl who has a beautiful nature and plenty of love to give. She is a bundle of energy so will be best suited to an active owner with a medium to large sized yard for her to play in. She is a very sweet and affectionate girl who loves lots of cuddles and attention. Peggy is eager to please and will make a loyal and loving companion for life. Council's animal shelter is a cooperative approach between sutherland shire council and city of sydney council that houses dogs and cats which have been found stray, abandoned, or seized. If animals cannot be returned to its owner, the shelter seeks new homes for them. The shelter operates under a 'low-kill' policy, whereby only a dog or cat assessed to be either a danger or having an illness that would affect its quality of life is euthanased. All dogs and cats rehoused are desexed, lifetime registered, vaccinated and microchipped. They also leave the shelter with a collar and council made tag. Open hours, contact details, location
