About Anna ~ beautiful 3yo Cattledog (On Trial 30/3/20)
Hi, my name is Anna and I am a Red Cattle Dog. I am 3 years of age and I love to be with you!
Wherever you are, I will join in!
Want to go for a walk! I will be there!
Want to explore a bush track! I will be there!
Want to go visit friends? I will come!
Want to just hang out! Sure thing!
So you know I am a Red Cattle dog right? We love to exercise and get out for a good walk/run each day. I am lucky at the moment. I get a good off-lead run twice a week and I love it! At first, I was scared of the other dogs when my dog walker would pick me up. But after time, I got used to the other dogs and I enjoy my romp with them!
I love my foster carer too! We hang out a lot. My new home would need to be with people who are home a bit because I don’t really like to be left for long hours. I am really smart too! I like to use my brain to do lots of sniffing and would love to learn some tricks and behaviours. I would be excellent at Nosework. I could also do some agility as well! But really, I would be happy with just someone who could walk me every day and be with me.
I probably wouldn’t be suitable with kids under 12 years of age because I do tend to jump up a bit. I am a bit timid until I get to know you because the first 2 years of my life I was chained up and didn’t see the world. Then last year, some good people rescued me and I have been finding out about what it’s like to be a dog and have some of my needs met. I was really scared at first but now I am a lot better. I would need someone who was understanding and not put me in situations that were too much for me.
I have a whole lot of love to give you so if you think you would like a best friend and companion, please contact Eve on emckenzie77@yahoo.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
