About Alpha DL2426
Alpha loves walks, sleeping on the couch, and running around at the dog park and beach… although he is terrified of the ocean and the river!
His new family will need to make sure he gets his daily physical and mental exercise (he can stand to lose a few kilos and the stimulation will do him good). Alpha loves a good game of tug, so make sure you have a good grip on that rope.
Although he can be a little nervous to start with, he’s great with other dogs socially. At this stage, we're looking for Alpha to be the only dog in the home. We’ve been told he’s good with children, but does get excited, so he's suited to living with older kids only. He is also good with cats once slowly introduced.
Alpha enjoys being included as a member of the family; he is most comfortable being indoors with you, getting all the belly scratches, cuddles and attention.
If you'd love to meet Alpha, email DFLAdoption@gmail.com to apply.
