About Wolfgang
Wolfgang is 12 years young and hates to be treated like a small dog! The typical big dog in a small dog body scenario applies here… A bichon frise cross pug – this guy is full of personality and we are searching for an adopter who will appreciate his antics.
Wolfgang was surrendered to a pound by his previous owners because they were moving house.
Sporting a huge underbite, shocking breath, uneven ears and a mole on his eyelid – he is utter perfection. Everyone who meets Wolfgang quickly falls in love with him.
Since arriving into our care, Wolfgang has undergone a makeover. It’s safe to say he rocks both the shaggy and svelte look!
Wolfgang loves his walks and is great on lead. He is toilet trained and has mastered the doggy door. He knows how to sit and stay, and enjoys a car-ride. Wolfgang adores food and will eat whatever you give him, and then ask for more!
Wolfgang is being fostered with another dog and they are now happily co-existing after some initial squabbles. He can be a bit reactive and barky when he spots other dogs but with a proper introduction, he is absolutely fine. Wolfgang could be rehomed with another dog as long as they are well behaved.
Whilst Wolfgang hasn’t been tested with children, we are confident he would be absolutely fine based on his size and temperament. He has been unpredictable around cats.
Wolfgang sleeps well in his bed beside yours, but doesn’t need much encouragement to join you. He loves company and will quickly become your shadow. We would love to place Wolfgang in a home where he will have company, human or canine, more often than not.
If you are seeking a quirky, energetic, friendly dog to join your family, then we want to hear from you!
