About George
Full-time workers or part time ones as well.
Friendly with small dogs, kids 8 years +
Not cat tolerant
The first thing you will probably hear of George is the knocking of his tail on the nearest wall, as it never stops wagging. The rest of George follows suit. He is a relentlessly happy, positive young greyhound who has taken to pet life like a fish to water! One of George’s favourite activities is lying on soft things. Carpet, chairs, couches! He especially loves lying on the backseat of the car and going for a drive. He loves the car so much that he needs some extra encouragement just to get out!
George also loves all his humans and their canine friends! He even plays well with small dogs, but will let any other dog know if they’re being too overwhelming for him! George also likes to play with his toys, although he is still learning how fetch works. He also loves his walks - walking well on lead, and not being overly reactive to birds or other dogs.
Overall we think George will make a happy addition to any family, including full time workers and those with older kids.
Oh by the way, George is especially famous as he is the 200th greyhound that R2R has taken into foster to find a loving home - is that your place?
