About Molly ~ 8mo Whippet x Cattledog (eval. enquiries)
Molly is a Whippet x Red Cattle Dog and she's almost 8 months old. This lanky legged lovebug will be your shadow.
If you’re looking for an outside dog, Molly is NOT your girl. She will need a companion when you’re not home, but when you are home she will follow you everywhere or just be happy to lay at your feet or beside you on the couch. Yes she thinks sometimes she is a lap dog!
Molly is such a sweetheart and will lay with you taking all the belly rubs, pats, cuddles and kisses that you want to give.
She is currently living with 2 female kelpies and 2 female cats and all get along very well. Molly also has play dates with a 5 month old mini foxy and they will play for hours.
She is happy meeting new dogs with a quiet gentle introduction, but people, she greets all visitors with a wagging tail and thinks they all want to cuddle her…….she loves all visitors.
Molly has very nice lead manners and will walk along side or behind you. She does not pull or try to run, I think she is happy to stay with you for mostly comfort as she was a very timid girl at the start.
I would recommend a family with no small children only because Molly may hurt them when she gets excited with her long lanky legs, she is still a puppy and puppies like to play a little rough.
She would fit into any family as long as she can be inside with you, so a doggy door is a must as she is toilet trained and will require access in and out all the time.
Another dog would be ideal as she loves company and may fret if left alone.
Molly has not shown any signs of being scared of thunder, but sudden loud noises inside the home will startle her.
It will take Molly a while to get used to a new home so she needs somebody who is patient and willing to put in the time with her.
Molly is a lovely girl who can't wait to meet you!

Molly’s adoption fee is $500 which includes her desexing, vaccinations, treatment for fleas and worms, and microchipping.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal cheques.
