Hi, I'm Ashley! There's nothing I love more than being around humans, so when my humans aren't home, I sit by the neighbour’s fence and keep them company instead.

When my humans get home, I just can't control my tail wags! I always rush to greet them, sometimes with a toy to show just how much I missed playing with them. Sometimes when I'm really excited, I nudge my humans with my mouth, but I understand that small children and humans who dislike dog saliva might not like this. I spend my days laying quietly around the house, cuddling my humans and getting ear scratches. In the late afternoon I have a burst of energy which I expend by running around in the yard and rolling in the grass.

On hot days, any bucket or bowl of water I can find becomes a pool, and I try to fit in it as best as I can. While I am quite independent, I would be happy living with a doggy pal. I picture myself in a quiet furrever home when I can settle in, as I can get a little anxious in noisy places.
