Mickey is an English Staffy x Shar pei

He is fully vaccinated . desexed . micro chirped . flea tick and wormed

Mickey has come so far in just the couple of weeks. He has mellowed down quite a lot. Sometimes because of his chunky size he can be a bit of a bulldozer.😁

He likes to sleep on the bed with my daughter. He can snore very loudly. He tends to go to sleep around 8:30pm and stays on the bed until 7am. Once awake he will go outside to go toilet. He occasionally has accidents inside during the day. He will need ongoing training. He also likes to have a long afternoon nap, which can last anywhere from a couple of hours to a few hours.

He loves to play with his toys and play fetch. But does get tired easily. Mickey struggles in the heat. He loves pats, cuddles and attention.

He has started walking on a leash, however he finds the outside world very scary. He likes to walk behind you while on the leash. I have started spending more time with him outside on the leash and getting him used to all different sounds.

Mickey is slowly learning to sit on command. He will need a firm strong owner as he can be stubborn. He needs you to be firm when saying no, as he sometimes takes this as you want to play.

He tends to follow me around the house.

Mickey has been in a house with two other dogs, which he loves to play with. He sometimes forgets how strong he is and can get a bit rough. He is slowly learning to be more gentle.

Mickey is a very special boy with a lot of personality.
