Hi all, Leera here. I was surrendered to the shelter as my owners of 12 years were moving overseas and could not take me with them. Oh boy, the shelter is a bit of a scary place, I haven't come much out of my shell here. I've lived in a household of two people and me my whole life without much exposure to anything else, so I'm a little out of sorts. Here's the jist of it: I'd like to go to a home where I can feel most comfortable, an older, quieter household without young children or any other pets. I have only ever lived inside, so this will need to continue in my new home; no outdoors for me. It is also important to note that I do have medical needs that will need to be met, but you can ask the staff more about that if you're interested in me! If you think you have a home that ticks the boxes for me, please come in and say hi... But quietly, I'm still a little shy
