About Marcus 🐸
This sweet, affectionate little boy has come a long way since being found in an Industrial bin.....his Rescuer's name was Mark, so in honour of this amazing human, they now share a similar name.
Marcus is a very affectionate little boy who loves his pats and cuddles. He loves to lay on you and will give you a little head butt when he wants your attention. He can be quite a talkative boy and will certainly let you know when he's hungry. He is currently in care with his brother Josh, who was also found a few days after Marcus, in the same Industrial bin. These boys love to play with their toys and adjusting well to their foster home, considering the rough start to life they both had.
Although he loves to snuggle with his humans, he does get startled easily and will retreat to his 'safe place' in the laundry. Someone may come through the front door, get up off the couch or simply walk into the room and this will often have him scooting out of the room. Within minutes, he will make his way back, resuming his position on the couch or your lap. For this reason, we are looking for a quieter home for this gorgeous boy.
To keep him safe (and the wildlife), Marcus is looking for an indoor only home, or better still, a home where he also had a secure outdoor enclosed area (so he can enjoy the outdoors safely). That way you'll never have to worry about where he is or the 'presents' he may bring home to show you.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
