About Jazz
Jazz is the most placid, calm, laid back poodle cross i've ever met. Many poodle crosses act like they have drunk too much red cordial but not jazz. He is an amazingly quiet and calm dog. He would be suited to a home where he can be a constant and devoted companion,as his greatest joy is to be close and gase longingly into your eyes. He is very affectionate and adores his cuddles. A retired/semi retired owner would be ideal. He is in very good condition and passed his vet check with flying colours. In regards to exercise jazz will fit in with your routine. If you power walk for a hour he will happily trot along beside you. If a slow stroll is more your pace he will amble along with you. He does not demand excessive exercise but definately enjoys his outings. He walks beautifully on the lead and does not pull. He is also excellent off the lead and will keep an eye on your location and come when called. Jazz has found himself homeless as his owner lives overseas 6 months out of every year. In the past, jazz has been left with a non doggy person who has kept him locked up in the laundry. Thankfully those months of loneliness and confinment are behind him. Jazz is an inside dog and needs a home where he can spend alot of time with his humans and be an integral family member. He is toilet trained, very well behaved inside, travels well in the car and is good to groom. He is not prone to barking(i haven't heard a sound out of him). He has a low shedding coat so will be suitable for people with alergies or thoses who just enjoy the absence of hair on the couch or their cloths. Jazz will need his coat clipped off every 2-3 months to ensure he remains comfortable and free of matts. I was told by jazz's previous owner that he is a labradoodle. If so he is the smallest labradoodle i've ever seen. His poodle parent must have been a toy poodle as he is smaller than both the spoodle and schnoodle i've got. He has short legs but a long body. Poodles are known for there long life spans. As jazz is on the small to meduim size,he should have many, many years of fun ahead of him. I am a big fan of mature dogs, they are so settled and very appreciative of a home filled with love and attention. Jazz is so special. He has missed out on so much in his life. His previous owners never even bothered to take him for walks. As a result he is learning about how to have fun in the great outdoors and socialise with other dogs. Jazz needs an owner that will delight in making up for all he has missed out on. If you have the love jazz needs please call to find out more. If jazz is not rehomed by mid august he will need a foster home for one week as his current carer is going away. If you are interested in fostering jazz please make contact
