About Blitz
Blitz is an absolutely beautiful AmStaff born on 1st September, 2018. Blitz is so looking forward to finding her forever home. She does have one request though ... Blitz is deaf and would love if her forever family would take the time to learn some basic doggy sign language to keep her safe and help her to understand what you would like her to do in her silent world. There are many different tools and training available to families who are looking to adopt a deaf dog. We also have a staff member who is the owner of a deaf dog and will be able to provide lots of tips and advice.
Blitz is a very affectionate little lady and her happy personality wins hearts wherever she goes. She is always ready for a cuddle and some love, but is always keen for a game or two with her favourite people.
She loves to be out and about for a walk and although she can be a little excited when first heading out, she soon settles and has nice lead manners. To help with her continued training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in her adoption fee with thanks to Wyong Dog Training.
Blitz enjoys making other doggy friends and she gets along with other dogs both big and small. As Blitz is deaf, as she cannot hear the doggy warning signs that other dogs can hear, we would recommend she be supervised when playing with other dogs. She does not mind the company of cats and could be rehomed with cats in residence with a proper introduction.
Blitz shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety. Although she cannot hear things like thunder and fireworks, the vibrations they cause can be scary to her (just like other dogs) and we would recommend she be allowed inside during these times where she knows she is safe.
Blitz is a such a happy and affectionate young lady and an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. She is a stunning gal who would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Blitz will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young lass will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Blitz's adoption fee is $450 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration and 3 x training lessons with thanks to Wyong Dog Training. Blitz is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please fill out our Expression of Interest Form here:
https://form.jotform.co/92231142675857
This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Alternatively, you are welcome to phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
