About Honey ~ Cattle x Kelpie puppy (On Trial 14/3/20)
Honey is a beautiful 9 week old Cattle x Kelpie puppy. She has only been with DRN a short time, but in this time she has shown that she is a happy, healthy girl who loves affection and attention.
Honey is very clever, loves exploring and her foster mum thinks she will respond very well to training. She's used to being around children and other dogs so her ideal home would be with a family who has another fur friend for her to play with.
She is going to be a medium-sized dog and full of energy so her forever home will need to be equipped to handle the energy level of a working breed and understand that stimulation is extremely important to keep this girl from getting into too much mischief. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Honey needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 7 years and older.
As Honey is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Honey, please contact Beth on 0423 422 783 or email Beth_73@bigpond.net.au . Honey is in the Lake Macquarie area, NSW (south of Newcastle. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Honey's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.
