About Banjo ~ loving Cattledog x puppy (On Trial 14/3/20
Meet Banjo, a 10 week old cattle X puppy who has come into foster care with his sister Indie. Banjo has already won over his foster mum’s heart with his cuddles and kisses. He loves sitting beside his human and watching the world.
Banjo will grow up to be a medium dog and will benefit from obedience training to bring out his cattle dog intelligence, loyalty and charm. He will need an active family who will make him part of their life and he will require daily exercise as he is a working dog breed.
Banjo's ideal family would include a doggy sibling for him to play with or someone who is home lots, so he doesn't get lonely. It is important for him to be a part of your family so being inside when you are home would be good.
As Banjo is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Banjo, please contact Wendy 0450110718 or email wendygermon@yahoo.com.au . Banjo is located in Maryville, Newcastle with his sister Indie. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Banjo's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.
Medical notes
As Banjo is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
