About Mufassa
* Dog Social
* Children Friendly
* House Trained
* Not suited to cats
* Hearing deficient (almost totally deaf)
* Vision impaired (losing eye sight slowly with age)
Moof, Moo or Mufassa. Call him what you will, he doesn't care as he can't hear you anyway! Moof has had major surgery to both ears in the form of bilateral aural resection. He was in a critical state when he arrived into our care and years of untreated infections have rendered him deaf.
Moof loves kids, not quite as much as he loves fish stew if you can put up with the stinky after breath! He loves to sleep as close to you as possible and prefers his humans home during the day. Although happy to laze his afternoons away in the corner of the garden under the shade of a tree, he is more of a morning person and enjoys his stroll with his family to start his day off.
A true gentleman at heart with wrinkles, vision and hearing to match that of one much older, he still has plenty of zest for life remaining.
