Hokey Pokey ~ BC x Staffy puppy (On Trial 25/3/20)

Hi! I’m Hokey Pokey, like the dance :) I'm a 6 week old Border Collie x Staffy puppy.
I’m a very outgoing little fella and am very inquisitive about everything. I’m brave and love my dog friends and humans very much.

I would need a dog friend sibling to live with as I’m young and need to socialise a lot as us dogs are social animals and need to understand how the world works. It is also important for me to be a part of your family so being inside when you are home would be good.

My training has started with food luring, along with environmental enrichment, so I’m growing into a confident young fella! I should grow to be medium to large my foster mum thinks and will need secure fencing and adequate room to run around. My new family will also have to have a good understanding of the mental and physical stimulation needs of my breed, and the importance of continuing to work on my training and socialisation to allow me to develop into an awesome all-round dog. I am still learning all my basic manners so Puppy School would be great for me.

Hokey Pokey’s adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.

As Hokey Pokey is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.

Hokey Pokey will not be ready to go to his new home until he is 9 weeks old (21st March 2020).
