About Danny
Oh my Gosh, what a little sweetheart treasure this puppy is!! Meet Danny. Look at his beautiful cute little face & those sparkly brown eyes! Dan the little man, has a sweet stumpy little tail & white socks. A gorgeous velvety tan coloured coat & a smiley, cheerful disposition.
Danny absolutely LOVES being around humans, he wants to be by your side all day long - he will follow you to the washing line, into the kitchen (in case you feel like feeding him .... again!) & even into the toilet if you will let him. Who doesn't want such a cute shadow? Currently fostered with another dog & they get on brilliantly. Dan is everyone's little buddy, sociable & friendly.
As is common with puppies who are learning about the world - there is a little separation anxiety experienced when you leave little Dan alone. Danny is the calmest puppy you will ever meet, he'd happily sleep all day inside if he's close to you but he can get up to mischief when left alone! All important valuables up high, please, we have a toddler on the loose!
Danny already has good recall & is great on the lead when out for ""walkies"". Danny does not venture far when he is off lead in case you decide to leave without him which just will not do! Dan can be shy at first when meeting new people but he quickly warms up & loves a good tummy scratch when he begins to trust you.
Danny enjoys his daily walks & outings & keeps pace next to you on the lead like a well-behaved dog. Danny is intelligent & alert & we think he would be super easy to train. He is in need of time, patience, respect & unconditional love so that he might blossom into a happy, well-balanced dog & reach his full potential.
If you think you've got what it takes to give this super champ a new loving home, don't hesitate, it's fate - ADOPT DAN THE LITTLE MAN TODAY!!
Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me ""no"" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
I CAN FLY TO PERTH!
Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations, because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth.
