Meet Dusty

This poor little fellow has had it tough. He is 6 years old and looks like a pup, this would be from no nutrition. He was left abandoned, tied up to a park bench where he stayed all alone overnight. He was just skin and bones, infested with fleas and worms.

His life changed when our wonderful transport man spotted him at the pound and said "put him on - I can't leave without him" He landed on our doorstep about 5 days later.. already fatter from all the food he got on the way down.

Dusty is a sweet little boy, but he knows nothing at all :( He has never been taught anything. So whoever adopts him, will need patience and understanding. He has learned to sit and wait already in the short time he has been with us.

He is dog tolerant, so would be ok with another dog with slow introduction. He would be fine with older children, as for now he is still learning not to snatch food - something he was deprived of for so long.
