About Teddy Bear
Meet Teddy,
This beautiful boy is a 2 year old pedigree exotic short hair.
Typical to his breed he is calm, gentle and affectionate. He is very confident and owned the humans and house as soon as he got here!
Teddy loves nothing more then a good head and butt scratch. He loves licking his humans too! So you better be prepared for some sandpaper feeling kisses
He has been around older children and is great around them.
Teddys favourite toy is some scrunched up paper which entertains him for ages!
Being a young cat he is still very playful!
Teddy has grown up around other cats but does need slow and steady introductions to feline friends
He has only ever been around dogs through glass as they were outside he hasn’t actually lived inside with them.
We think he may be ok with calmer dogs that don’t care about cats but not excitable dogs that are playful around cats.
Teddy would make the perfect apartment cat. He thrives with human attention and company so would love a home where he is going to get plenty of love and attention.
Teddy is 100% indoor only so please don’t enquire if you don’t intend on having him as an indoor only cat.
The Exotic Shorthair is a brachycephalous breed, meaning that it can have problems from having the nose and eyes close to each other. Problems with tear ducts and sinus problems can also occur. Due to the shortened jaw, there is a chance of tooth misalignment or tooth crowding.
Teddy’s new owner needs to be aware that sometimes this breed can be an expensive breed to own and need to be financially stable enough if any problems arise.
He is healthy and happy currently but it’s important to be aware of the health issues this breed is prone to.
If you can offer teddy a loving indoor only home please email us 💕
Medical notes
Healthy but please research the breed and health issues that they are prone to
