Spot & Missy *On Trial in Their New Home*

*SPOT & MISSY ARE TRIALING THEIR NEW HOMES - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Are you looking for an instant doggie family without going through the pesky puppy stage?? Then you can’t go past these lively, little dogs! Spot and Missy are a dynamic brother and sister duo who have never been apart; you can tell they’ve been loved and well looked after which is why the decision to rehouse them has been so difficult for their owners to make but we have promised to find them a loving home where they can be together forever; will it be with you?

Spot and Missy are friendly and affectionate without being overly licky or in your face though they do make good watchdogs when someone comes to the door. They’re an energetic pair who think kids are good fun and are better suited to school aged children or older as they do tend to jump up a bit especially when they’re super-excited.

They love to interact and play with other dogs though they have never met a cat……their owners think that if they did they’d be quite curious; they’d probably expect the cat to join them in some fun!

Effervescent Spot (white male), with the biggest brown eyes, loves to run, run, run! He also likes a good game of fetch, bringing the ball back every time……well at least until he’s had enough! Spot enjoys cuddles and attention and at the end of a long day of playing is happy to curl up beside his sister for a well-earned rest.

Sweet Missy (tan female) is also full of beans and loves to run and play. This cheeky girl isn’t into fetch like her brother, instead she’ll seize the opportunity to grab the ball and then go hide with it annoying Spot no end! She too has a smoochie side enjoying snuggles and once calm makes a terrific lapdog.

Neither dog has spent much time on a lead as their owners tend to take them down the river for a run (they have terrific recall!) so they’ll need some help with this in their forever home. Both dogs were housetrained though haven’t been inside for a while (we’re sure they’ll quickly get used to being allowed inside again!) and are used to sleeping cuddled up together in a shed.

We would love to honour our promise to find Spot and Missy a home together where they can enjoy an indoor / outdoor lifestyle and be part of the household’s goings on. Secure fences, daily walks or runs around the backyard and toys to play with will make this enthusiastic duo very happy indeed!!
