About Kitty and Mary Lou
Kitty and Mary Lou (2 small black female greyhounds)
Suit Full or Part-time workers.
Not cat-friendly.
Family home with children 8 years old +
A home with medium/large canine friends, (if adopted separately)
It's not too often we have two hounds who have previously lived together come into our fold , but Kitty and Mary Lou have done just that. We would love to see them rehomed together as they get on so well, but if this isn't achievable, we will be open to them finding separate homes, with other canines, preferably other hounds or medium to large other breeds.
Kitty - 6 years, 5 months Microchip : 956000008673912
Kitty can be shy when you first meet her, but she knows her own mind and what she wants.
She will very quickly jump on the couch and lean on you to ask for pats!
Kitty is a small greyhound who is fine with kids and has lived previously as a much loved pet, so will slot into a family really well. She is toilet trained and will give a bark to let you know that she needs the door opened to go out and do her business, but then she wants to head straight back inside to find that comfy couch.
Kitty can easily jump in the car and she travels well. She enjoys her daily walks and is gentle on the lead. She is currently living with greyhounds and has previously lived with other dogs.
Mary Lou - 5 years, 6 months Microchip: 956000003661569
Mary Lou is just a delightful, a super friendly, cuddly girl!
She will always have a helicopter tail ready to greet you! And just loves to get pats and cuddles.
She is great with kids and has previously lived in a family as a much loved pet, and so will make a great addition to a family with children. She has bursts of activity, so don't be fooled by her age - as she acts more like a two-year old and goes silly for squeaky toys and wants to be involved in everything that is happening. And of course she is toilet trained.
Mary-Lou flies into the back of your car like a pocket-rocket and settles for the journey. She walks well on leash, and is very curious and is still insisting on staring down every driveway to check it out.
As you can see these gals are just adorable, Kitty being the shyer one, Mary Lou more outgoing, but in a way, this is perfect! The old saying goes "you just can't stop at one!"
NOTE: We are open to separating them.
The first four photo's are of the gals together, the second 4 photo's are of Mary Lou and the last 3 photo's are of Kitty.
