Preston is a beautiful, placid 12 week old Kelpie x Boy. He is not your typical pup with endless energy, he is gentle, loving, sweet and clever and his favourite thing to do is cuddle up on the couch with his human foster brother & sister. This Pup would happily laze in bed with you all day long if you let him!

Preston is doing amazingly with his toilet training; he will even wait at the door to be let out if he needs to toilet. He has learnt basic commands like ""sit"" and ""no"" (if he is doing something he shouldnt like occasionally chasing the cat!) He has been socialised with other dogs, he can be quiet shy and slightly timid at first but once he realises the dogs are not a threat he is happy to play and spend time with them. He would do best with a family who can provide him with ongoing training and socialisation to build his confidence. He absoloutly adores children & babies.

Preston came into care quite malnourished, and neglected so understandably can be a bit protective of his food around other animals like cats in his current foster home. But with ongoing care and training I do not have any doubts he will overcome this, as he has already made amazing progress.

Preston will grow into a medium sized dog, possibly high energy due to his breed. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is fully vaccinated and will be ready for desexing at 6 months.
