About Bud ~ Australian Cattledog x pup (On trial 4/4/20)
Hi, my name is Bud! I’m a handsome, male 7-week-old white Australian Cattle Dog X looking for my forever home. I’m currently a tiny pup but I will soon grow into a medium sized dog.
I am an active pup that loves to wrestle with my siblings and foster siblings. Being a puppy, I am easily excitable and love to chew, I absolutely adore my chew toys but sometimes I may chew on something that I shouldn’t like my foster mum’s toes. I am great with kids and currently live with a foster family that has kids over the age of seven. I love cuddles and pats and give the sweetest kisses in return.
I am still to learning all my basic manners. Puppy School and Obedience classes would be fun for me to attend to let me develop into an awesome dog without developing bad behaviours.
My ideal family would include a doggy sibling for me to play with or someone who is home with me, so I don't get lonely. It is important for me to be a part of your family so being inside when you are home would be ideal.
My new family will also have to have a good understanding of the mental and physical stimulation needs of my breed, and the importance of continuing to work on my training and socialisation to allow me to develop into an awesome all-round dog.
Most of all I want a family to love me and include me in their lives.
Love and Licks,
Bud
For further enquiries, please contact Bud’s carer Jaclyn by email: gibbopups@bigpond.com . Bud is on the Central Coast, NSW (south of Newcastle). You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Bud’s adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.
As Bud is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
Bud will not be ready to go to his new home until he is 8 weeks old (5th March 2020).
Bud’s siblings Oreo and Jaffa are also up for adoption.

(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
