About Moose ~ loving 6mo Staffy x (On Trial 12/3/20)
Moose is a super sweet 6 month old Staffy x boy with SO much love to give. He’s a petite 10kgs and won’t grow too much more.
Moose loves to be around his human family but does play well with other dogs too and is used to cats.
If no one is home most of the time, Moose will need a doggy companion to keep him company. Moose can be wary of males and male dogs but after a slow introduction he will learn to trust.
Moose is a smart boy who wants to please and would love to do some more training. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Moose needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. He’s crate trained at night. He will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 7 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
For more information or to meet Moose, please email Lucy at lucybullent1@gmail.com . Moose is in Metford, NSW (near Newcastle). You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Moose's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
