Meet adventurous and outgoing Sonny. This beautiful working breed boy is a Kelpie X Heeler and you sure can tell with his energy levels. Sonny is a clever boy, eager to learn and please his family. He is currently in care with other dogs who he is learning from and is enjoying his time relaxing and being a dog.

Sonny came into SAFE's care due to no fault of his own after being surrendered to us. It's now his third home so his next needs to be his last as he is so deserving of stability and love!
He loves to go to the local waterholes for swims and will gallop through the water chasing his toys and furry foster sister, wherever she goes, so does Sonny. He would suit a home with another doggy companion or someone who is home often. Sonny is almost walking perfectly on the lead, however, He can be a little anxious and will cry if he is unsure or left on his own. He has come so far with making himself at home with his foster family and is now awaiting the perfect family he can spend his days with.

He loves to please, snuggle and loves pats. Needing a family with a secure yard, who can take him out often for exercise and of course, welcome him into their family. A very loyal and loving boy awaits his happily ever after.
