Meet Allan, the little dog with the big personality!

Allan is a sweet, energetic little boy who loves his people. He may slowly warm to a placid doggie friend (no cats) but prefers not to share his human as he is mostly scared of other dogs. He adores pats, laps and cuddles from all adults but hasn’t met any little humans yet.

Allan is very food motivated making training easy. Chicken, cheese, yoghurt and sardines has resulted in sit and drop being learnt in only a few days. We are still working on recall as he is easily distracted by the big wide world. He would benefit greatly with formal training as he is a smart little man.

Allan will need good high fencing with no gaps and no climbing areas as his desire for 'the grass is greener on the other side' is strong. He loves lots of exercise, playing and walks but would be happy curled up in your lap or at your feet on the floor.

He does stress when his human is not near but this should decrease over time when he knows you are going to come home to him.

Allan is mostly toilet trained with just the odd accident on puppy pads. Allan will also need regular trips to the groomers approx. every 6 weeks to keep him looking handsome and happy.
