About Peppa
Meet Peppa!
This little princess is super adventurous- always wanting to play, looking for somewhere new to hide and pouncing around her toys. She will make fun out of anything weather it be a pen she swipes off the table or a ribbon that she completely unravels, she just loves to play!
Peppa loves a good head and neck scratch, she will lay on her back and pur until you stop, you'll know once you've hit the spot!
Our little miss also quite enjoys sitting just above your head on the lounge, I've even caught her watching the TV.
Peppa likes playing with her foster dog brother but will need a slow introduction to any dogs in her new home. She forgets how small she is sometimes and will happily bop them on the nose and let them know if they're getting too close. She is so fun to watch!
Peppa would be best suited to a home with older kids.
🧡Adoptions During Covid-19 Pandemic 🧡
During this time of social distancing etc, we will be conducting online/Facetime Meet ‘n’ Greets initially and all carers will be following safety guidelines for actual adoptions, so that everyone stays as safe as possible.
You can use apps like Facetime, Zoom, Skype or whatever works for you and the carer.
Doing online meet 'n' greets will provide a way for both carers and potential adopters to be safe but still be able to chat and ask questions and for them to meet (see) the pets they are interested in.
If things progress to an actual adoption, we recommend that only one person comes to collect the animal and that only the main carer is present at that time. This will keep
in-person meeting times at a minimum for everyone.
Please note that all of our carers have done COVID-19 Infection Control Training via www.health.gov.au.

Adoption details
We ask that before you apply for one of our animals, you take the time to think through all aspects of having a pet in your home to ensure it is the right thing for both your family and the animal, now and in the future. Please consider how you would approach changes in your home that may affect your pet and how dedicated you would be to keeping/helping your animal when faced with any issues that may arise in the future.
If you have done this and are interested in one of our animals, please fill in our adoption enquiry form - www.cognitoforms.com/LostAndFoundPetsIllawarra1/LostAndFoundPetsIllawarraIncAnimalEnquiry
Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's profile.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in to see if it is the right match.
Before adoption, all of our animals are health checked, vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, flea/worm treated and heart worm tested (where appropriate).
