On Hold
Florence arrived at the Devonport Animal Care Centre as a stray. She had been hanging around a neighbourhood, living off the kindness of strangers, when someone noticed that she was giving birth. She was rushed into the Devonport Shelter and it was discovered that one of the kittens was stuck, and had been that way for some time.
Unfortunately Florence lost her litter, but her life was saved. Had someone not found her in time, it would have been a different story. Stray life is no life for a cat. Florence has now physically recovered from the ordeal, but needs some help finding her 'happy' again.
Florence has decided that she wants to live the quiet life. She needs to be rehomed to a family that has no children, no cats and no dogs. It's okay if children occassionally visit, but she will hide whilst they are there and this will need to be respected.
