About Captain ~ 5 year old male cat (On trial 1/3/20)
AHOY! Captain needs a ship (or a home!)
Captain has sailed around the world and it’s time to settle down.
Captain is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. He is a smoocher and loves to sleep
in bed with you. We think he was born a dog in a cat suit because he loves to follow
you around everywhere and see what you are up to. He is an excellent companion
and very easy to look after, strikingly handsome and his facial expressions are just
beautiful. He is the sort of cat that is one of a kind. An extraordinarily remarkable
boy who you will fall in love with for sure!
Our beautiful friend Captain hasn’t had a good life thus far, so we are determined to
find him a better life.
You see, he has lived on the streets for a long time and sailed from place to place.
He thought he found himself a really good home. Unfortunately, the other female cat
in the home kept beating him up so they took him to the pound. His stay at the
pound almost cost him his life, before he was busted out by his pirate gang of
friends.
Captain has had to share his life with a lot of things. Other cats, other dogs and for
once in his life, we want to give him a home where he doesn’t have to share the
attention or the love. We would like to find him a home where he can feel safe, loved
and wanted all by himself. See, he has never had that.
Captain is available for adoption to a strictly indoor-only home and his adoption fee is
$150. For more information or to meet him, please contact Eve on
emckenzie77@yahoo.com.au
Captain is in foster care in New Lambton. He is vaccinated, microchipped and
desexed which is all included in the adoption fee. If you are interested in adopting

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
