Chug

Hi, I'm Chug and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction.
• I like both male and female dogs, big an small
• Secure Fencing
• Lots of love and attention

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Small children due to being a little shy

My best features:
• LOVE people
• Happy to hang out with other dogs
• I can sit
• I love playtime
• Food motivated
• Gentle
• Social butterfly
• I walk well on lead once initial excitement has worn off
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I can be a bit bouncy -training should stop this
• I can be vocal - training and positive reinforcement will help this

ANY EXISTING DOGS AT HOME MUST COME TO THE SHELTER TO MEET Chug BEFORE AN ADOPTION CAN BE APPROVED
