About Luna
Luna is a beautiful young lady who will make for an excellent close companion pet. She bonds very closely to her humans and quickly becomes a devoted cuddling machine.
Luna is a Toy Poodle and weights just under 5kg. She has a non shedding coat suitable for people with allergies. She will require clipping at the grooming salon 6-8 times per year.
Luna travels well in the car and is well behaved inside the home. She needs lots of love and attention so will best suit a family that have loads of time for cuddling and quality time with her. She is also highly active and is most comfortable with two walks a day everyday!!!! Even though she is small she has loads of energy and needs to be able to burn off that steam. Trips to the park, beach, river, bush walking or any sort of outdoor adventure will suit. If it's happening, she is ready for action!
Luna is social with other dogs and is happy to make new doggie friends at the park. She will be suitable as an only dog or as a second dog.Luna is located in Melbourne and will only be rehomed in Victoria. She was still available for adoption on 21st Feb. If you can offer her a wonderful home please answer the following questions via email:
Number of people who live in the home and their ages?
Do all adults work full time?
How many hours per day would the dog be left alone?
Do you own the home or renting?
Will the dog live outside or inside the home?
If inside, will he have full access to the house or only allowed in certain rooms?
Where will the dog sleep at night?
How often will the dog be taken for a walk?
How long are the walks ie 15minutes,30minutes,1 hour?
Are there any outings or activities the dog will be included in other than walks?
Are there any other dogs currently in the house? If yes, what breed?
If not, when did you last own a dog and what breed was it?
How regularly will the dog be clipped?
What food do you like to feed your dog?
Do you give your dog any sort of monthly treatment to keep it free from fleas, worms etc?
Medical notes
Luna had a "Dental" - teeth cleaned under anesthetic in January 2020.
