Thumbelina

Beautiful tiny little Thumbelina has been on an amazing journey already! She is so named because when she was born her front paws were each missing one 'finger' each, making her paws look like they had little thumbs. Her inner claws were not able to retract, and tripped her up and made her sore and fearful. The wonderful RSPCA vets operated to remove the troublesome inside claws and she has since emerged to be a very happy, amazingly unstoppable little girl who dives into fun and adventure! Thumbelina is an independent little lass who will be timid in new or noisy situations and prefers to sit near her person rather than be picked up, although she happily accepts pats. She will need to be an indoor cat for her safety as having less front claws means she cannot climb as well or defend herself from danger. Noisy environments make her unhappy, so she is best suited to a quiet home with adults or children over 10. She enjoys kitty companions but would equally be happy to be sole Queen Bee. Beautiful Thumbelina would make the perfect companion for someone mostly at home. She is amazing!
