Callie

Callie is an absolute sweetheart. She has a loving nature and is super gentle. She loves to give her humans kisses and is a very affectionate dog who thrives of pats, belly rubs and just being close to you! Being a small mixed breed, Callie is definitely a lap girl and will spend her days jumping up to greet you (very gently) and loves sharing the bed and couch with you. She is dog social and friends with all she meets. She is housetrained and sleeps indoors. Callie is also in a foster home with cats and kittens and isn't fazed by having another furry pal around. She would be best suited to a home where she isn't left alone often (as she will cry) and really bonds with her foster humans. She is so very loyal and will stay by your side. Callie loves to go for car rides and will jump in the car ready for an adventure. Although she is an older girl, she is full of life, has lots of energy and is healthy and always smiling. This precious girl came into Newman SAFE after being found abandoned at a remote community, her family having left her behind.
