About Tippy
*Located in Cairns*
Dog Friendly: Yes
Cat Friendly: Yes
Kid Friendly: Yes (quiet ones, I don’t like noise)
House Trained: Learning
Energy Levels: Medium
Tippy is pretty calm, especially for a puppy. She likes to follow her carer around, sit at her feet and nap. She is very sweet, gentle and a little shy of people. This girl would be suited to most homes but would probably prefer somewhere quiet as she doesn’t particularly like loud environments. She knows some basic commands, and sits for things without needing to be asked.
During periods of play she can become a little vocal with barking. She will bark and pounce at her toys when the urge to play takes over. She is currently living with other dogs and a cat and is great with them all. She sometimes likes to bark at the cat in a bid to make him play.
Tippy was born with a defect on one of her rear legs that unfortunately this will require two of her toes to be amputated. Because of this Tippy will need to be kept at a lean healthy weight to ensure that her rear leg and remaining middle weight bearing toe isn’t put under any additional unnecessary pressure. Failure to do so could see Tippy developing additional problems to this leg.
**Please note, not yet desexed. Will require a $100 desex bond which is refunded once taken to our chosen vet for desexing at an appropriate age.
