Hi potential forever family! My name is Darla and I am such a happy doggo with so much love to give.

I am a good all rounder in that I can be both energetic and playful with my foster doggo siblings as well as happily lie at your feet when it’s time to chill out. When we are outside I love to play and run around but when we are inside with my foster humans I like to rest in my bed or at their feet (or on the couch if I’m lucky). I would love it if you had a doggo friend for me to play with during the day as well as a big yard with tall fences and a warm place inside for me to relax with you and sleep at night.

I am very affectionate and love cuddles with EVERYONE! I live with two young school aged children who love to pat me and give me cuddles too - I love the attention and am very calm around them.

I am a smart doggo and like to learn new things - especially when there are pats or treats involved. I know how to sit and wait for my dinner and I don’t have a problem eating in the same space or sharing treats with my doggo siblings. I am learning to shake and lie down on command and am also starting some lead training - I can’t wait to be able to go on big walks with my humans! I am such a good girl in the car and just lie down and wait to see where we are going. I would love to go on lots of adventures with you and explore all the world has to offer.

Foster Mum often calls me Wiggle-Butt as my love for my humans is too much for my tail to contain, so my whole butt wags instead. She also says I will make someone really happy one day because I am such a beautiful, smart doggo who brings joy to everyone who meets me. I can’t wait to meet you and show you how fabulous I am!!
