About Kiwi ~ 14 wk amstaff puppy ~ On trial 26/3/2020
Meet Kiwi! She may not be green inside or from over the ditch, but this little puppy is as sweet and cute as her namesake. Kiwi is a 14 week old American Staffy x pup with the world at her feet. She’s gentle, placid, calm and has a beautiful well-rounded nature.
Kiwi is an independant little munchkin who will melt your heart at first sight! She is very smart and is picking up basic commands very quickly. She has been well socialised with dogs and people and is so friendly with everyone she meets. This super fun loving pup is searching for an active and loving family to help her grow into an amazing adult.
Kiwi requires a family who will welcome her inside when people are home, and she has to be allowed to sleep inside at least until fully grown. Due to her loving other dogs so much we require her to be adopted into a family with an existing friendly, social dog that she can play with and learn the ropes from. She won’t suit being a yard only dog and she requires walks and outings every day .
Kiwi will grow up to be a medium-sized dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training - with this enrichment Kiwi will grow into a wonderful family member. She would suit a single person, couple or a family with older teenagers. We’d suggest she is best suited to a home where any children are over 13 years of age.
As Kiwi is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Kiwi, please contact Kate via email kate.drn@outlook.com . Kiwi is in the Maitland area, NSW (West of Newcastle). You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire on her profile.
Kiwi's adoption fee is $600 and includes her desexing, vaccination and microchipping and she been treated for fleas and worms.
