Ivanka is a gentle natured lady looking for an adult only, quiet home where she can be a companion during the day and night. She has a timid nature and will shy away from sudden movements, loud noises and unfamiliar people. She is searching for a loving, kind and patient family that will help her continue to regain faith in humans and the outside world. She is beginning to enjoy her daily walks and is good on lead.

This beautiful soul may approach smaller dogs cautiously but friendly, and generally avoids bigger dogs, if they bark at her she turns away and waits for them to leave. She has not met any cats whilst in care. The main thing she needs help to work on is her confidence, this will take time and a gentle hand. At the moment her idea of a cuddle is to rest her head on your knee and have her ears softly rubbed.

Ivanka's home will be committed to helping her reach her full potential and provide ongoing support. She is not the type of dog who wants to visit crowded places or where there will be dogs off lead, she wants a life where she can settle in comfortably and think "how's the serenity".
