About Josie
Meet the beautiful Josie.
Josie had a visit from the Herald Sun a couple of days ago to document her beautiful story.
Josie, although just a kitten herself, lost her litter before being sent to the pound. She was still lactating, and missing her babies desperately. As 3 orphaned kittens joined her a few days later in a nearby crate in the pound, her mummy instincts kicked in and she knew she had to be with them. The four of them called out to each other until the pound decided to join them in the one crate. Josie immediately began to feed and nurture them, as if they were her own. The kittens were underweight and in need of some TLC, which Josie stepped up to and gave them. Thankfully they were released to Forever Friends Animal Rescue together and are still growing strong each day.
Both Josie and her babies are in foster care and are for adoption (Maxie and Zeke have just been adopted together). The are desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. Do you have room in your heart to give this gorgeous girl another chance at a beautiful life? She is a truly lovely soul with so much to give. She loves head bops, tummy cuddles and rolling around playing. It would be lovely if she could be adopted with her kittens Zena so that she could experience a proper kittenhood, but not essential. She seems good with other cats and is loving to kids and teens, and adults alike.
Josie is $150 to be adopted alone, if she is adopted with her bubs (Zena) she comes free!

Medical notes
Josie will be desexed, microchipped and vax'd this week. She has been flea and worm treated.
