About Petey
Darling Petey came to us when he was found on a building site in Western Sydney.
He was just 5 weeks old, and had only just begun eating by himself. Petey was very shy at first, but after a week in foster care he has really come out of his shell. He loves to be at eye level with you so that he can gently smooch and headbump your nose, and he purrs like a little motor the moment he sees you. He adores toys, and happily amuses himself bopping them around between naps.
He is a lovely little cat who would be suited to a home with slightly older children, or children who are very gentle and understand how to be soft in their approach to animals. He would also be great with another cat :)

Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, our receptionist and cat adoption officer.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
