Tex is as sweet as they come. Just look at his soulful eyes! One cuddle from him and we guarantee you will fall in love! His signature move is nuzzling up against you, pressing his head into your neck, and then falling asleep in your lap.

This little guy is ultra affectionate towards his whole foster family, humans and doggo alike. He kisses and hugs them and smiles when they give him a pat. His gentle and loving nature is what makes him so special.

He is still learning basic commands, but doesn’t seem to have any bad habits. He is low maintenance and easy going. He doesn’t bark much at all; nothing seems to wreck his good mood (except when his foster brother practices trombone and he can’t figure out what the noise is!)

Throughout the day Tex just chills out, naps, chews on rope toys and wrestles with his foster doggo brother.

He loves to graze on kibble and sometimes still gets a bit too excited when he sees food, but with some training he will learn to be more patient. He’s already obedient and has an easy-going nature, so training should be simple.

Tex would fit a busy family as long as they don’t forget to reciprocate his affection. He loves company and is well behaved on walks. He’s currently a mostly outside dog but enjoys being inside copying everything his doggo brother does (mostly lying down and napping).

He would make the most perfect Valentine. 🥰
