About Hope ~ Kelpie x Staffy puppy (on trial 17/2/20)
Hope is a lovely Kelpie x Staffy puppy. She is a friendly and playful little bundle of cuteness.
Hope loves the company of people and other doggies both large and small. She is great with kids and a quick learner. She’ll come when called (especially if there is food involved) and loves to snuggle on your lap or a doggie bed with her foster brothers and sisters.
After being rejected by their mum at 3 weeks, Hope and her sister Grace were rescued by DRN and lovingly nursed back to full health so now she’s a thriving and energetic girl who will be the perfect pup for a loving family.
Hope will grow up to be a medium size dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Hope needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 7 years and older.
As Hope is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
Hope's sister Grace is also available for adoption.
For more information or to meet Hope, please contact Beth on 0423 422 783 or email Beth_73@bigpond.net.au . Hope is in the Lake Macquarie area, NSW (south of Newcastle. You can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Hope's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
