About MJ DL2386
MJ is a gorgeous guy looking for his forever home!
MJ is cautious of new people at first but soon warms up. He is house trained and not destructive. He loves going on long jogs to help tire out his working dog brain. He doesn't love going in the car, so you'll need to work on this together to help him become more comfortable.
MJ already knows sit and stay, and he loves training with treats, so will easily learn more. He will wait for his food, and doesn't try to steal yours while eating. He is a lovely dog inside the house, and will let you know if he wants to go out (especially for a walk!).
MJ is very friendly with all dogs. He suited to a home without cats or young kids, but is no trouble passing them on walks and will happily ignore anything... except for other dog friends! MJ does best with company so will suit someone who is home more often or already has another dog.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
