About Eskie
If you want a cat to snuggle up in your lap, meet Eskie!
Eskie is so affectionate and cuddly. She is also relaxed, confident and nothing seems to stress her.
She will settle herself right in the middle of all the comings and goings of the home.
Eskie loves to curl up with her human but also allows for personal space.
She also has her moments of excited playfulness.
Eskie is happy to be around other cats and dogs but puts them in their place if they overstep the mark
So she could cope in a busy household or soak up the attention as an only cat.
She was happily living in a very remote part of the NT with her owners and their dog. However, her owners returned to Europe and only took their dog so Eskie went into care with the famous "Dog Lady of Yuendumu".
Eskie copes well with the other cats and dogs in her foster home.
She could be an inside only cat or be inside and out.
Eskie is about 4yrs old, desexed, vaccinated and parasite treated.
She flew from Alice Springs to Sydney and is in foster care in Kingsford near UNSW
Adoption details
Please tell us why you want a cat?
Have you had cats before?
Who makes up your family including ages of children?
Have you considered how to introduce your new cat to other pets you may have?
They may not want a new cat in the household even if there was one before. What would you do?
Have you got written permission for a cat from your body corporate or landlord?
Are you a permanent resident of Australia?
If you are offered the option to meet the cat and if all goes well we expect you to be ready to adopt/take home the cat at that time.
We cannot hold animals as there are others waiting to come into care.
Thank you
