About Cindy (in foster)
Sweet sweet Cindy. Gentle, soft and thoughtful, this girl is so lovely and is slowly coming into her own since being in our foster home. Cindy is one of these dogs that with the gift of time and patience, and allowing her to find out about the world at her own pace, it will pay off in bucket load’s in the end with an amazing dog that will be the perfect companion.
Living in our foster home, she is good with other dogs, especially greyhounds but does not like small fluffy dogs. She goes on group walks with many breeds and is fine in the company of other dogs and really just goes along. Ideally, a home on her own would be perfect to find herself rather than relying on the other dogs to take the lead but we won’t say no to a home with a supportive calm large dog to be her wingman.
She really is a little soul who is trying to find herself and needs someone to help her on the final path to that when she gets a little insecure about new things. If you are the type of person who can be there for her with a gentle pat and let her know “Is okay girl - I’ve got you” then you are the person to help her open the door to find herself.
For this reason, we are looking for a calm, gentle household and are definitely open to another foster home to help her find the end of her rainbow.

Adoption details
All greyhounds are desexed, vaccinated and have a full dental before rehoming. They are also lifetime registered in New South Wales once they have settled into their new homes.
****Cats***** - Our regional dogs are not tested with cats due to not having the facility or resources. For that reason, we are unable to place any of our dogs in a cat home. For a cat-friendly greyhound, please contact our head office at gapnsw.com.au to go on the waitlist.
