Keepa Is A Happy Little Vegemite...

What a difference a few days can make in a little fellow's life. Less than a week ago, Keepa was protesting loudly in a cage at our vet's surgery.. He wasn't sick and he wasn't happy! Keepa had been found in the street so was dropped to the surgery but facebook posts produced NO owner.

Keepa's foster tells usthat he has taken a shine to her big fellow and follows him about like super glue and imitates his behaviour. He is a smart boy and is already learning some manners. He sits for treats, goes outside to the toilet (mostly) and takes himself to bed when he needs a nap.

He is running about happily with the other dogs so he gets plenty of exercise playing with them. Keepa is also very alert and soon lets you know if a stranger is about.

Keepa's ears drew quite a lot of attention in his first post on our Facebook page. He's a loveable little rascal but the ears have not shrunk... He is another of our older pups between 4 and 5 months.

Keepa (or Waylon as his carer calls him) has been mixing it with the older bigger fellows and has learned some manners. He is a boy with a good measure of confidence but has a way of sneaking into your heart.. This lad will do incredibly well with a family who has time to spend with him and continue the training which he is getting with his carer...

He is smart and he loves pats so he will be an easy boy to teach and will catch on fast.
