SECURE FENCING A MUST
Hi my name is Red, I’m a beautiful boy with a deep red coat. I was left in a pound.
I’m a very well behaved boy, I know how to sit and drop, I’m good on the lead, I take food gently.
I can nip when I’m getting pats and want more, it’s not a bite it’s just my way of telling you to keep stroking me, so young children wont suit me.
I need a secure back yard as I can jump very high. I need my daily walks so I don’t get bored.
Summary:
Happy, inquisitive and confident dog, calm demeanour
Not easily startled or fearful
Engaging and good mannered with people
Very tolerant of collar grabs and body touch
Generally good impulse control, but propensity to mouth and nip when wanting attention, and jumps up when excited, so not suitable for homes with small children
Unknown if suitable with cats
Likely to be suitable with other dogs as nil interest shown in them
Nil interest in tug/chase toys, brief limited inquisitive interest in noise-making toys only
No signs of food or toy resource guarding demonstrated
Good to very good level of basic obedience with solid sit, drop, recall, loose lead walking and limited stay – recommendation is to solidify and expand this by attending obedience school.
So if you think you can offer me a good forever home where you’ll be able to give me all the above in return I will give you all the love and loyalty you could ask for!
