Missy

Hi there, my name is Missy and I'm a petite Border Collie pup.

I absolutely love being around humans and I can be around other dogs and cats if I am introduced properly.

I am also fine living in a home where my humans work, but it's best if I am left with some stimulating toys and games.

One of my favourite things to do is to sit on your feet or be touching you while I get lots of pats and love.

I currently live with 2 fur foster sisters, one dog and one cat. I absolutely love my cat foster sister; she is very interesting and I have so much fun just following her around and watching her. Sometimes we even play together!

I know how to sit and lie down and I have just learnt to sit and wait for my food – I picked this up very quickly as I am super smart and easy to train. I am also toilet-trained.

I love going for walks and runs and am currently learning how to walk properly on the lead. Sometimes I get a bit too excited and start pulling, but because I am smart, it won’t take me to long to learn not to.

Because I am a puppy I have lots and lots of energy. Going for walks and runs and learning new tricks helps me burn some of that energy and keeps me out of mischief. I am going to need a human who will be able to keep up with my energy, and who is happy to take me for walks or runs daily.

My new family will also need to be prepared to keep up with my training – as I am only a puppy, I still have so much to learn and I really enjoy learning new things!
