About Heathcliff
Heathcliff is slightly smaller and a little quieter than his brother but with the same black spot on his tail. He'll watch things before investigating (not quite so impulsive as Chance) and will spend time wrestling with a particularly dangerous feather. He's very responsive to training and doesn't invade your personal space (except in the mornings). He's figured out quickly that the less pushy dog gets the snacks first so he will sit quietly on the mat and wait. He seems a little younger than Chance – still finding his feet and checking out the world. He's got a great little swagger and loves to carry toys around in his mouth. He's learning that the harness is ok and always means treats, is good going up and down stairs, likes chewing leaves and loves to lie in front of the fan. He's discovered the joys of water and likes to dig in his paddling pool. He will have an occasional bark (usually protesting being put to bed) but is generally the more patient of the two. He's quite a thoughtful dog but he's not at all withdrawn. He's interested in everything, likes to dig in the dirt, chase his ball and destroy paper bags. He would be a great nosework dog and can really focus on following scents and finding treats hidden around the house. PLEASE NOTE: This pet is located in Lota.
